All you have to do is show up to one of our classes and we will be happy to get you situated!

Yes!

No, absolutely not! We’re creating a tribe of first responders at all skill levels and provide a course based on everyone’s comfort level.

We currently have two locations available to attend classes, depending on your schedule. In Rocklin, we have Synergy Brazilian Jiujitsu academy and Gi classes run on Mondays and Fridays from 12-1:30 pm. In Rancho Cordova, we have Felipe Bragiao MMA and No-gi classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-5:00 pm.

The Code 3 BJJ project is free for first responders and veterans. The Project is funded 100% by donations and fundraising. We ask that if your are able to make a small monthly contribution to keep the community going!

Typically it's a long or short-sleeved rash guard, spats under some gym shorts, a mouthguard if you choose to, but it is not required, and a water bottle. Bring a pair of slides or flip-flops so it is easy to transition on and off the mat (no bare feet allowed off the mat).
